convenient location clean room excellent breakfast unhelpful reception unfriendly staff proactive assistance
the location is very convenient. it is close to the riverside. i thought the room was very functional and clean. the breakfast was excellent.
the reception was unhelpful and unfriendly. the staff hardly spoke english. there was no proactive assistance from the reception.

nice welcome good heating river view
the reception staff offered a very nice welcome. my room featured air conditioning and very good heating. i could see the park and river from my balcony facing the vistula side.
The room windows needed cleaning. I saw spiderwebs.

central hotel suits solo traveler
cold drinks useful desk air conditioning
my room included air conditioning. a small fridge provided cold drinks, i found the air condition very useful. i also found that the room had a useful desk for working.
the room lacked a garbage can.

the staff was quick and amazing. i arrived early at 11am, check-in was scheduled for 2pm. they quickly got me into a room as soon as one became available, a very nice surprise.

breakfast was good. it was filling and satisfied my appetite. the options seemed limited compared to some other buffet breakfasts, but it provided what i needed for a good start to the day.

nice size friendly check-in
the room had a nice size. i appreciated the very friendly check-in. the staff made it so easy.
they never sent the breakfast invoice even though i provided business info upon arrival.
